General Questions

  • The ONLINE STORE is a part of our website that lets you shop for the same items we offer in our BROCHURES. You select your items, place them in your shopping cart and when you are done shopping, just checkout. This is where you pay with your credit card. We ship it to your home address or any address you indicate. Please include apartment/suite #'s if applicable.

  • Anyone who has been invited to participate by a Student/Seller and has a valid Seller ID # can access the ONLINE STORE. Family and Friends go online, enter the Seller ID #, purchase products with their credit card and have it shipped directly to them anywhere in the continental United States.

  • Only the items you see in the ONLINE STORE are available. Most, but not all, of the items you see in our color brochures are available. Some of the FROZEN Items will not be available.

  • Your organization determines how long your Online Sale will run. Please check your parent letter for this date or check with your organization.

  • Online Orders shipped to NY and NJ will have a sales tax added.

  • In the FALL we start shipping in mid-October as weather permits.
    In the SPRING we start shipping around February 15th.
    Please note, edible items ( Chocolates & Cookie Dough ) cannot be shipped when
    temperatures exceed 75 degrees. If you are in one of these (hot areas) you may want to consider ordering non-perishable items.

 Parents and Students/Sellers

  • A Seller ID # is used to link a Student/Seller to their School/Organization.

  • Go To: www.misschocolate.com/online-store.html
    Then: Student/Seller – DASHBOARD(CLICK HERE)
    Then: ( Register – I know my School ID -> )
    Then follow the directions in that screen. You will need to know your School ID.

  • There are a few reasons it would indicate School ID Not Valid.
    The contract for your Organization has not been activated.
    Email us at onlineadmin@misschocolate.com
    Please include your name and the School ID, State and City you are trying to use
    in the email. We will check it out and e-mail you back.

  • It should be on the Parent letter that came home it included the color brochures and order form.
    Or, when you go to: Student/Seller – DASHBOARD(CLICK HERE)
    Choose the option ( Register – I Don’t Know my School ID-> )

  • Register - I Don’t Know my School ID:
    First - Select the State { from the drop down list }
    Next - Enter the City { from the drop down list }
    Next - Provide a few letters from the name of the school.
    You will get a list of all Schools and Organizations that are located in that State and City.
    If your School/Organization does not show up it is not Valid, SEE Above.

  • All orders will be subject to a Shipping & Handling Charge.

    So, if multiple individuals from the same household are going to
 participate they should combine their orders.

  • ONLINE ORDERS placed after the Sale End date do not qualify for PRIZES.
    ONLY when the School/Organization is doing an “ONLINE Only” sale, will the seller receive
    their prize(s) with their order, shipped to the home.
    ALL other prizes will be sent to the School/Organization. We will add the ONLINE Qty
    to your totals so you get the correct Prize(s) earned.
    Your School /Organization will contact you with the delivery date and location.

Schools/Organization Chairperson

  • The School ID is assigned by our Accounting Dept. and it remains the same from year to year.
    It is also referred to as the School Code.
    It can be found on the top left corner of your contract. When the student brings home the initial fundraising packet it should include the color brochures, an order taker and a parent letter. Included in that parent letter is a school code which is 6 numeric characters long.
    Example: 101800
    If you are not sure what your School ID# is call your Sales Representative or our office.

  • Yes, but you have to set up a Seller ID # that anyone can use, and is linked to your School/Org.

    Do this by setting up a Seller ID# that has:
    - Seller’s Full Name*
    [ Your Organization’s name ]
    - Seller’s Teacher’s Last Name*
    [ IN-HOUSE ]
    - Password*
    [ mcpassword ]


    Then fill out using your Organization info. This way you get credit for the sale.

    Orders placed under an in-house account do not qualify for prizes.

  • Go to: Online Store
    Then: Organization DASHBOARD
    Then: UN & PW { Check with your Sales Rep or call our office if needed }
    Then: Participants/ Students { If there is a $ by their name, they have orders }

  • Check with your Sales Rep or call our office if needed.

  • When you are invited to participate in a fundraiser by a student you know,
    they will either e-mail you an invitation or contact you directly.
    The email will include their Seller ID #
    Their Seller ID# is linked to their School/Organization so, that both will get credit for the sale.

    If they contacted you directly and did not tell you their Seller ID # you will need to
    contact them for that information before you can use the Online Store.
